Lamborghini Aventador SVJ / Ultimae valved exhaust systems

For the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ and Aventador Ultimae with the 6.5-litre V12 we supply the cat-back with valves or as a race version without valves, on its own or with free flow race front pipes, and the equal-length free flow front pipes in the SVJ version as a separate part. Everything ships directly from the Valvetronic Designs factory in Boyertown, Pennsylvania.

Cat-back with or without valves

The original pipes have unequal lengths, which flattens the tone. Together with equal-length front pipes the rear section gives the V12 a high, soaring tone reminiscent of the LP640 Murciélago. In the valved version the F1-style scream climbs all the way to the limiter with the valves open, while closed it is civilised enough for an early morning or a long motorway drive. The valves are vacuum operated, in the style of the original. If you do not need a quiet mode, there is the race version without valves.

Construction

The system is made of T304 stainless steel with a gold anodised finish, fully mandrel bent and hand TIG welded. It is 12.3 kg lighter than stock. The original exhaust outlets stay in use, so from the outside it is still an SVJ. The system is a direct fit and can be returned to stock later.

Equal-length front pipes

The free flow front pipes bring the exhaust pulses into phase for a higher, clearer tone. You choose them as an option with the cat-back or order them separately in the SVJ version. The separate front pipes do not include the valved rear section. Each product lists its exact fitment. These products have no EC or ECE type approval.
