The European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden
Outside the EU: the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates and Israel

If your country is not listed, send us an email with the part number and your address. We will then give you a quotation for the shipping cost and a payment link.

Genuine products

You always receive a genuine, factory-new Valvetronic Designs product with the accompanying installation documentation, shipped directly from the factory in Boyertown, Pennsylvania. We sell only new products and no grey imports.

Important: the products have no EC or ECE type approval and carry no E-mark, unless expressly stated otherwise with the product. For each product, the section Fitment and homologation states what applies.

Delivery time

The average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks from receipt of your payment. This is an indication: the actual delivery time depends on production at the factory and on the carrier.
If the expected delivery time for a particular product differs, for example because it is built to order, this is stated on the product page or we let you know by email after your order.
We deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest, unless we have agreed another period with you. If we cannot manage that, we inform you and you can cancel the order free of charge; amounts already paid are refunded within 14 days.

Shipping costs

We apply one fixed shipping rate per order, for every country we deliver to. Exhaust systems are bulky and heavy, and the shipment comes directly from the factory in the United States; that rate covers the entire route to your door. You see the exact amount in the basket and in the checkout before you complete the order.

All product prices include VAT; the shipping costs are stated separately.

If you return part of an order, we do not charge any additional shipping costs afterwards.

Import duties and VAT

On deliveries within the European Union you pay no additional import duties or VAT; the price you see in the checkout is what you pay. On deliveries outside the EU, for example to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or outside Europe, import duties, local VAT and customs clearance charges of the country of destination may apply. These are for your account and are charged to you by the carrier or by customs.

Track and trace

As soon as your order has been shipped, you receive a shipping confirmation by email with, where available, a track and trace code from the carrier.

Receipt and inspection

Check the shipment for visible damage to the packaging on delivery. If you find damage, preferably record it with the courier straight away and report it to us within 48 hours with photographs at info@valvetronic-europe.com, so that we can settle it with the carrier. A later report is possible, but makes handling more difficult.
Before installation, check that the product delivered and all its parts match your order and the installation instructions. If anything is missing or not right, contact us first and do not install the product.

Risk

For consumers, the risk of damage or loss passes at the moment of delivery. For business customers, the risk passes at the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier.

Not at home or not collected

If the carrier cannot deliver, there is usually a second delivery attempt or the shipment is held at a collection point. If a shipment is not collected and comes back to us, we contact you about sending it again; the additional shipping costs may then be for your account.
