Dealer, not manufacturer

Valvetronic Designs Europe is an independent dealer of Valvetronic Designs for the European market and sells only genuine Valvetronic Designs products, shipped directly from the factory in Boyertown, Pennsylvania. We are not part of Valvetronic Designs and do not act as a representative of the manufacturer.

The content of this website, including texts, translations, product descriptions and design, is protected by copyright. Product photographs, technical documentation, sound recordings and videos come from Valvetronic Designs and are used for the sale of those products. Reuse without prior written permission is not allowed.

Product information and homologation

Technical data, fitment information and specifications come from the manufacturer. We take great care over their accuracy, but cannot rule out errors entirely.

The products offered have no EC or ECE type approval and carry no E-mark, unless expressly stated otherwise with the product. Versions on which the catalytic converter is removed, including versions with "free flow" or "race" in the name, do not meet the emissions requirements for use on the public road and are intended for use off the public road. It is your own responsibility to establish whether a product is permitted in your country and on your vehicle, and to report modifications to your insurer.

Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, email info@valvetronic-europe.com. We respond within 14 days. Dutch law applies to all our agreements and the Dutch courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers in their own country.

Consumers in the European Union can also submit a dispute through the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Supervision

In the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Consument & Markt (ACM), the Dutch consumer and markets authority, supervises compliance with consumer law. Information about your rights as a consumer can be found at consuwijzer.nl.
