For the Lamborghini Gallardo LP with the 5.2-litre V10 we supply the valved cat-back for the LP-560 and LP-570 Superleggera, T304 stainless steel free flow headers and a plug-and-play controller for the factory exhaust valves. Everything ships directly from the Valvetronic Designs factory in Boyertown, Pennsylvania.

Valved cat-back

This system is built for the Gallardo LP-560 and LP-570 Superleggera, with the focus on tone, weight and precision. A large X-pipe merges the exhaust pulses for a balanced tone, and the rear muffler is tuned for less drone while keeping the high-pitched V10 wail. With the vacuum valves open the V10 is sharp and high-revving, closed it is smooth and drone-free. The T304 stainless steel system is 17.6 kg lighter than the factory system, uses the car's original mounting points and reuses the original exhaust outlets. Valve controller and wiring harness are included.

Free flow headers

The brushed T304 stainless steel headers have equal-length primaries and a geometry tuned for better scavenging, for sharper throttle response and a more aggressive tone. For the Gallardo LP you choose Version 1. The set of two headers fits in the place of the originals without cutting or welding and works with both the stock exhaust and an aftermarket exhaust system.

Valve controller

If you want to control the factory exhaust valves yourself, there is the plug-and-play valve controller with remote. You choose between valves fully open or fully closed, nothing is cut or coded and the car can be returned to stock later. Each product lists its exact fitment. These products have no EC or ECE type approval.
