For the Lamborghini Urus, Urus S and Urus Performante with the 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 we supply the titanium valved cat-back system, on its own or with free flow or catted downpipes, and a set of 400-cell catted downpipes. Everything ships directly from the Valvetronic Designs factory in Boyertown, Pennsylvania.

Titanium valved cat-back

From the factory the Urus sounds more subdued than it needs to. With the valves closed this system stays close to stock volume, comfortable for daily use and long drives. Open, the muffler is bypassed and a full, aggressive rumble comes through. The system is 3 inch throughout, made of Grade 5 titanium and 20.3 kg lighter than the stock exhaust. The valves are controlled OEM-style by the car itself, and the angle-cut titanium tips are included.

Three versions

The cat-back system connects to the original downpipes. You can also order it with free flow race downpipes, for maximum sound and performance, or with 400-cell catted downpipes. Each product lists its exact fitment. These products have no EC or ECE type approval.

Catted downpipes

The set of two downpipes with 400-cell catalytic converters lowers back pressure while keeping the converters working, so the turbos spool faster and throttle response feels more direct. With the stock exhaust you get more volume and a deeper tone, with a Valvetronic exhaust more aggression. The oxygen sensors sit in the OEM position. Installation by a specialist is recommended, and the converters must be broken in following the break-in instructions, which are also your warranty document.

Are the catalytic converters kept?
The cat-back system on its own connects to the original downpipes. If you choose the 400-cell catted downpipes, the system keeps catalytic converters and the oxygen sensors stay in the OEM position.
How are the valves controlled?
The system works with the factory valves and is controlled OEM-style by the car itself.
Can I go back to stock later?
Yes. The cat-back system is a direct fit and fully reversible to stock.
