Porsche 911 GT3 and GT3 RS (992) exhaust systems

For the Porsche 911 GT3 and GT3 RS (992) with the naturally aspirated 4.0 flat six we supply the valved F1 exhaust system in T304 stainless steel or grade 5 titanium and 400-cell catted downpipes. Everything ships directly from the Valvetronic Designs factory in Boyertown, Pennsylvania.

The valved F1 system

The 992 received a new exhaust layout compared with the 997 and 991, so the system was redrawn from scratch, with a large-diameter X-pipe. It works with the factory electric valve motors. With the valves open the GT3 sounds raw and high-pitched up to the 9,000 rpm limiter; closed, the volume drops considerably, without drone over long distances. The system is 14.5 kg lighter than the original exhaust and can be fully returned to stock.

Headers and downpipes

The system is available as a cat-back on its own, with free flow race headers or with 400-cell catted headers. The last two are mutually exclusive: the free flow headers remove the catalytic converters and are intended for track use, while the catted headers keep them. Separate 400-cell catted downpipes are also available. They come with a break-in procedure, which is also your warranty document.
