For the Ferrari F430 we supply the titanium valved sport exhaust with X-pipe, on its own or with race free flow front pipes or race F1 free flow headers, and replacement headers for the factory manifolds. Everything ships directly from the Valvetronic Designs factory in Boyertown, Pennsylvania.

Sport exhaust with X-pipe

The F430's factory exhaust has no crossover, so the high, Formula 1-like overtones of the V8 are missing. This system adds an X-pipe. With the valves closed the gas runs through the upper muffler and the volume stays controlled, pleasant on a cold start or when cruising. Open, everything flows through the X-pipe to the centre tips, with a high, sharp tone. The system is full titanium, 15.7 kg lighter than the factory exhaust, and the downpipes have an Inconel sleeve that limits heat in the engine bay.

Versions

You choose the valved sport exhaust only, with race free flow front pipes or with race F1 free flow headers. No permanent modifications to the car are needed, so the original system can always go back on.

Headers

The F430's original headers are a known weak point: they crack and lose performance over the years. The Valvetronic headers replace them, with precisely designed runners for less back pressure, sharper throttle response and a fuller tone. There is a dedicated version for the F430. Installation belongs with a workshop experienced in header work on a Ferrari.
